Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of coconut oil (for greasing the pan)

270 grams of dark chocolate (70% cocoa chocolate)

30 milliliters of vegetable oil

5 eggs
-
1 pinch of salt
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

22 grams of FitLine Whey protein powder
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.

Grease the baking pan with coconut oil and line it with parchment paper.

Cut the dark chocolate into pieces and combine it with vegetable oil. Melt the mixture using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth, then let it cool slightly.

Separate the eggs. Place the egg whites in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Use a mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the egg yolk mixture to the melted chocolate and oil, and mix well.

Fold in the FitLine Whey protein powder.

Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Mix just until there are no visible white streaks from the egg whites.

Use a springform pan with a maximum diameter of 20-22 cm. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs, not runny batter.

Dip:

3 cloves of garlic

Instructions:

Begin by preparing the pancake batter. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and the juice of 1 lemon. Gradually add the ProShape Coco/Vanilla while continuing to whisk until well combined.

Heat a small amount of butter and coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of the pancake batter into the pan, swirling it around to form a thin pancake. Cook until lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat this process with the remaining batter to make multiple pancakes.

Once the pancakes are cooked, set them aside to cool.

In a separate bowl, combine the creamed horseradish, fresh dill, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay a pancake flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the horseradish mixture over the pancake, then place a slice of smoked salmon on top.

Carefully roll the pancake, creating a tight roll. Repeat this step with the remaining pancakes and salmon.
